Argentina defeated France in the Football World Cup finals under Leonel Messi’s leadership.

While France’s team was found playing less aggressively from the start of the game. France’s team took 10 shots to score 3 goals all by Kylian Mbappe in the 80th,81st, and 118th minutes of the game where the Argentinian team took 20 shots.
Instead of taking an extra 30 minutes, the score remains equal and it leads to a penalty shootout.
In the penalty shootout, Argentina’s team succeeded in putting the ball in the goalpost in all four chances while France’s team succeeded twice. And lose the game to Argentina by the score of 4-2.
This was a huge treat for Argentina’s fans whereas riots erupted in France after the team lost the match.
Mbappe is awarded Golden Boot for scoring 8 goals in the tournament including a hat trick in the finals. Leo Messi got the Golden Ball for best player of the tournament and the Argentina team’s goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez won the Golden Glove Award for the best goalkeeper after he confirm two fantastic saves for his team in the final to help with the finals first time after 1986.
Croatia stood third in the tournament after they defeated Morocco by 2-1 and Morocco acquired fourth place. The Morocco team did a substantial performance in this world cup as Morocco become the first Arabian team to reach this level in FIFA World Cup history.
After multiple news flashes in the media that this could be the last Football World Cup of Messi. His fans eagerly wanted Argentina to write his name on the world cup in Messi’s leadership. Though he may or may not retire from the game this is nothing less than a lifetime achievement for Messi and his fans.
